A Celebration of Our Nation, Community and Connection
Join Durango Rotary and our wonderful community for our annual Fourth of July community breakfast! Enjoy a morning of delicious homemade food and positive community spirit at Rotary Park and VFW, adjacent to the scenic Animas River Trail.
Proceeds from this fundraising breakfast support projects of the Rotary Evening and Daybreak Clubs. Their focus is on education, food security, and humanitarian service. Both clubs provide grants to local nonprofits working to meet community needs.

Performance by the Southwest Civic Winds
The Southwest Civic Winds will grace Rotary Park with their presence at the annual 4th of July Rotary Breakfast in 2024. This beloved community event will come alive with the vibrant and patriotic melodies performed by the ensemble, creating an atmosphere of celebration and unity. Families and friends will gather early in the morning to enjoy a delicious breakfast while the Southwest Civic Winds deliver a spirited performance, featuring a mix of classic Americana, contemporary pieces, and stirring patriotic anthems. As the sun rises and the park fills with the sound of music, this event will not only mark the nation’s independence but also the strong sense of community and togetherness that defines the Rotary Club’s annual celebration.
